This is a list of buildings covered by the energy and water benchmarking ordinance. There may be building covered by the ordinance that are not included on this list, omissions from this list does not relieve the building owner from complying with provisions in the ordinance. 2011-2015 Evanston community-wide solid waste data, all weights are in tons. This table includes weights for all the major waste hauling contracts the City has with private haulers as well as recycling and waste hauling that the City does with its own internal trucks and labor. All numbers are annual weights except for Total Yard Waste, because the service is only available to residents from April - November. Municipal wastes are included in the Commercial rates.
This dataset includes the community greenhouse gas emissions data for Evanston as a community in detail. The municipal emissions inventory is included but only as lump sums and individual emission source data for the municipal inventory is not yet available. The City anticipates released a separate municipal inventory in June, 2019.
